Example: With a target income (gross income) of $100,000/year, earned working 49 weeks of the year, at 40 hours a week comes to a total of 1960 working hours per annum. This averages to a rate of approximately $50/hour. Because of various cost factors, this rate needs to be doubled or tripled to make your target. In this case, your actual time is worth $150/hour.

Now take this number and multiply it by 10.How excited would you be if you were paid what you are really worth? How much would that change your future? When most of my prospects look at this number they throw their hands in the air and say – no one will pay me that per hour.

Why can’t you make your time worth 10 times what it is today and work when you want? What keeps you from the ideal future? Is it because your services are so complex and hard to sell so only you can do it and you only have so much time? Is it that you have to personally deliver the solutions and you have only so much time? Or are you stuck doing low-value support activities?
